A lot of people may overlook Port Charlotte and go straight to Sarasota, Venice, or North Port, but Port Charlotte has its hidden gems 💎.
Here’s a fun fact, North Port was actually part of Port Charlotte, but they voted to be their own city, therefore became North Port. We’re going to look at the median sale price for single family homes in the 5 zip codes. Are you looking for information on townhouses or condos 🏢? Employment 💼opportunities in Port Charlotte would be in the service industry 👩🏾🔧such as restaurants, stores, fishing charters, marine work. There is also an Amazon distribution center in Venice, which is about 45 min from Port Charlotte. If you are interested in waterfront property just know that there are differences.
